Payment Policy
Customers are required to pay only after receiving and inspecting the product, and if the product is delivered in good condition and matches the description, payment must be completed at the time of delivery; however, if there is an issue with the product, the customer may refuse payment and request a replacement or cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements are allowed only if the product has a clear defect or issue, and customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with proof of the problem; once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Services or products that have already been fully consumed or customized to the customer’s request are non-refundable.
